Pixel Level (Stepped) Hyperspectral Filter

Pixel level (stepped) hyperspectral filter is a miniature filter array directly plated on the surface of image sensors (such as CMOS) pixels. The physical size of its spectral channel is an integer multiple of the detector pixel size in the column direction and consistent with the detector imaging plane size in the row direction to ensure that the spectral response of the same row of pixels is completely consistent after integration. In actual production, the spectral range, number of channels, and arrangement can be designed according to customer needs. The spectral range can cover visible and infrared, and the number of channels can be selected from 16 channels, 32 channels, and 64 channels. The arrangement can be selected from one row per channel at the center of the target surface, periodic arrangement of multiple channels on the entire target surface, and coverage of single channels and multiple rows on the entire target surface.
