Narrow Bandpass Filter

Narrowband filter is a special type of bandpass filter, but its performance requirements are more extreme and precise. It only allows light within a very narrow wavelength range to pass through, while strongly blocking all light outside of that range. Applied to fluorescence microscopy, astrophotography, Raman spectroscopy, flow cytometry, fluorescence detection and biosensing, laser cleaning and fluorescence excitation.
