Transmissive Aspherical Lens Reflective Aspherical LensThe optical wedge-shaped window plate with integrated lens is a composite optical element that integrates the anti reflection characteristics of the wedge-shaped window with the optical focusing/collimation function of the lens, solving the problems of volume, weight, and optical path stability caused by multiple components in traditional optical systems. Applied in high-power laser systems, large-sized ZnS window plates are used for infrared night vision devices, balancing electromagnetic shielding effectiveness and transmittance.
ECOPTIK supports customization of integrated lenses:
Single piece design: Directly processing the curvature of the lens (such as plano convex and plano concave) on the slope or plane of the wedge-shaped window, forming a "wedge-shaped lens" integrated structure.
Component based design: bonding wedge-shaped mirrors with plano convex/plano concave lenses to reduce aberrations through optical correction while reducing weight.
Functional reuse design: The combination of lens and window not only meets the requirements of infrared transmission packaging, but also provides focusing function, simplifying the process.
