ECOPTIK has 4 advanced film forming equipment from TIANYIGUOTAI, and Hitachi U-4100 Spectrophotometer, Agilent Cary 7000 Universal Measurement Spectrophotometer (UMS), ultrasonic cleaning machine and other ancillary equipment, to achieve the full spectrum of precision thin films from the ultraviolet to the long wave. We are capable of manufacturing precision thin films from UV to long-wave to infrared.
Lens Design
ECOPTIK can provide customized design services for different applications and systems using Zemax and CAD software. Customized products can also be precisely set according to the specific requirements of the system for surface quality, flatness, and coating. We strictly follow the customer's drawings and requirements, conduct in-depth research on the feasibility of processing technology, and are able to achieve precise processing.
Lens Housing Design
Our mechanical processing partners' production systems are equipped with precision equipment such as German Hammer five axis machining centers, as well as rich experience in mechanical product processing and production. ECOPTIK will conduct strict acceptance checks for customers to ensure the smooth progress of projects.
Lens Assembly
ECOPTIK has over 20 customized precision assembly projects underway each year, from prototypes to mass production.
